Last week Steve & I attended our last LIVE meeting in Florida. As a member of Yanik Silver's mastermind, we meet in person 3 times each year. These meetings are excellent ways to increase our home internet business opportunities by sharpening our skills through our interactions with other members or our group. As you may have read in our emails, I think my daughter Ashley & I had a better day - girls day at the spa. We enjoyed a massage, pedicure & manicure. Afterwards, we ate lunch at the pool with waterfalls falling around us.

The next 2 days we spent in closed-door sessions sharing with each other what is working & what we need help with. I can't share everything we learned because that is confidential. But I can share some of the action steps we will implement now that we are home from our MasterMind meeting.

1. New Joint Ventures
During our breaks and meals together, we lined up some special webinars with 4 of our fellow MasterMind members. As we met some of their guests, we also started planning some possible new projects. You see, being part of Yanik's MasterMind allows you to bring a guest to each of our live meetings. Those guests are generally top caliber, so we've worked with them on some projects, too.

In the past, joint ventures have increased our sales by 50%

2. Regular Webinars
We are planning monthly webinars for our new subscribers. Each month, we will invite our new subscribers to a private webinar where we will teach them how to create info products and give them the opportunity to work with us in creating their own info product.

3. Videos
I am making more videos for several reasons.

- Create interest in our products & website
- Get more backward links to our site
- Promote affiliate products
- Send video newsletters. Watch for more video newsletters from us.

We will be testing whether or not video on our webinar registration page increases conversions. We'll let you know after a few tests.
